Behind The Name:
At 3 Sour Siblings Bakery LLC, we believe that baking is a family affair. Inspired by our three unique children, we bring together diverse flavors and techniques to create delightful sourdough and other baked goods.
I'm James, the baker who spent over 10 years cooking and baking for the US Coast Guard. I carry that knowledge outside of the military to bring bold flavors to your table..
Laura, my wife of over 15 years, brings that love together by sharing with our local communities. She is the reason why we started this business in the first place!
Our 3 children have a special place in our heart and will forever be the inspiration for this new venture which we hope they carry with them for the rest of their lives. Our passion for baking is reflected in every loaf and dessert we offer, providing a taste of home in every bite.
